Terms & Conditions 


Our natural products are subject to availability. In the event that we cannot stock the specific flowers required for the delivery or collection of your order, you will be contacted for further instruction. However, where it's possible that we can make a suitable substitution, we reserve the right to do so without notice. All images on our website offer a representation of our floral designs. Floristry is an organic and natural business using raw materials, therefore all of our designs we create and send are truly unique. All images offer a representation of the floral design and should not be viewed as a like for like for the one you may receive or order. 

When placing an order, please ensure all details are correct. You will be prompted on the checkout page to provide the full name and address of the recipient for delivery. Detail the full name of the recipient, delivery address, postcode along with a contact telephone number. Please include any special delivery directions or instructions that may assist with our deliver

drivers with your delivery. Any misspelt or incorrect instructions may result in the delay or undelivered orders. 

Please include a contact name and telephone number for yourself when placing any orders with us so that we can notify you in the unlikely event of difficulty with the delivery of your order. 

All our flowers are hand delivered by our reliable and trusted delivery drivers from Monday through to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays, except for during our peak period where this may apply. Same day delivery is available for shop and phone orders only. Orders must be placed by 4pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery and by 2pm Saturday for Monday delivery.  

We deliver throughout the working day, however if you require a more specific delivery time for your order please contact the shop on 0117 9863328. 

In the event that the recipient is not at home, we will try and leave the flowers with a neighbour unless instructed otherwise. If you have instructed us to leave flowers elsewhere (e.g in the garden shed) we will do so if we feel this appropriate upon location. If a neighbour is not in and no other delivery instructions have been given we will leave a card through the recipients door letting them know we called so they can re-arrange delivery or collect from the shop. 

A signature will be required for all deliveries. For delivery to certain locations such as Hospitals, Hotels and Offices, a signature by a third party will act as proof of delivery to your recipient. Please ensure the acceptance of a flower delivery at such locations is allowed before placing your order. We cannot be liable for any refusals of deliveries due to any such restrictions. 

WILD ABOUT FLOWERS cannot accept any responsibility for redelivery of flowers nor the condition of the flowers once delivery has been attempted and a card has been left. 

We offer a 'click and collect' option via our website. Please select 'Collect in-store' from the available options, you will be asked to state when the flowers are required. Please note we have a specific timescale to accommodate in-store collection and orders placed outside of these times may be unavailable for the date you require. Orders must be placed by 4pm Monday to Friday for next day collection and by 2pm Saturday for Monday collection. Collection is only available from the store during our opening hours. 


WILD ABOUT FLOWERS operates under a strict confidentiality policy and at no point will your personal details be shared without your given consent. 


PAYMENT for online orders you can pay online. We can process payment over the phone or via Paypal. We accept all major credit and debit cards. No order will be fulfilled until payment has been processed in full.


If you choose your mind and would like to cancel your order made with us, we require 3 days notice prior to your delivery date. Please inform us via telephone to make a cancellation request. Refunds cannot be made through our online store but will be processed through the payment gateway used to make payment. Cancellations made outside of this time are not guaranteed to be accommodated. 

We do hope that you are completely happy with our service and products and that they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the extremely unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately with supporting photographs which demonstrate any issues, within 24 hours of receipt. 

Due to the organic nature of our business and products, we regret that any complaints received outside of the 24 hour period are unable to be dealt with.

The information you share in the process of placing an order with us allows us to process and fulfil this order, to update you on the progress of your order and provide you with the appropriate customer service. Through communications you may be given the option to sign up to our newsletter. We will never add you to this list without your explicit consent. The purpose of any correspondence will be to keep you updated with our news, let you know about new products that we think you might like to see or to give you a special offer as one of our loyal customers. You are easily able to unsubscribe at any time. We use a third party provider, MailChimp to deliver these emails. We may include carefully selected offers from third parties and partners we work closely with.
