We are currently operating a contactless delivery service twice a week in Bristol & Bath on a Friday. We require a telephone number for the recipient before we attempt delivery. This is to ensure we can call the recipient to let them know when we arrive and are safely instructed to leave the flowers on the doorstep. During this time, we are unable to leave flowers with neighbours and will ask for any safe places flowers can be left if the recipient will not be at home. If we are unable to safely deliver the flowers we will leave a card through the recipients door letting them know we called so they can re-arrange delivery or collect from the shop. Orders must be placed by 12noon on Monday in time for Wednesday delivery and by 12noon Wednesday for Friday delivery. We cannot fulfil orders requested outside of these timescales and your order will be delivered on the next delivery date. E.g if you place an order at 11am on Tuesday this will be delivered on the Friday, not Wednesday. We thank you for your understand whilst we are currently operating at reduced hours and with less flexibility than usual.

Please include a contact name and telephone number for yourself when placing any orders with us so that we can notify you in the unlikely event of difficulty with the delivery of your order.  We are currently not taking any signatures for our deliveries.

WILD ABOUT FLOWERS cannot accept any responsibility for redelivery of flowers nor the condition of the flowers once delivery has been attempted and a card has been left.
