Our natural products are subject to availability. During this time, in the event that we cannot stock the specific flowers required for the delivery or collection of your order, where possible that we can make a suitable substitution, we reserve the right to do so without notice. All images on our website offer a representation of our floral designs. Floristry is an organic and natural business using raw materials, therefore all of our designs we create and send are truly unique. All images offer a representation of the floral design and should not be viewed as a like for like for the one you may receive or order.
VISITING OUR FLORAL HOME
To ensure the safety of our staff and customers we will have some guidelines in place for when visiting our floral home. We will be allowing one customer at a time to allow for our unique and personal shopping experience whilst keeping a safe distance. You will be asked to sanitise your hands before entering. Please observe the 2m distance from our staff, markings will be in place to help with this. We ask for you to refrain from touching gifts you do not intend to buy and will be able to offer any assistance for items you want to take a closer look at.
When placing an order, please ensure all details are correct. You will be prompted on the checkout page to provide the full name and address of the recipient for delivery. Detail the full name of the recipient, delivery address, postcode along with a contact telephone number. Please include any special delivery directions or instructions that may assist with our deliver drivers with your delivery. Any misspelt or incorrect instructions may result in the delay or undelivered orders.
We are currently operating a contactless delivery service twice a week on a Wednesday & Friday. We require a telephone number for the recipient before we attempt delivery. This is to ensure we can call the recipient to let them know when we arrive and are safely instructed to leave the flowers on the doorstep. During this time, we are unable to leave flowers with neighbours and will ask for any safe places flowers can be left if the recipient will not be at home. If we are unable to safely deliver the flowers we will leave a card through the recipients door letting them know we called so they can re-arrange delivery or collect from the shop.
Please include a contact name and telephone number for yourself when placing any orders with us so that we can notify you in the unlikely event of difficulty with the delivery of your order. We are currently not taking any signatures for our deliveries.
WILD ABOUT FLOWERS cannot accept any responsibility for redelivery of flowers nor the condition of the flowers once delivery has been attempted and a card has been left.
We offer a 'click and collect' option via our website. Please select 'Collect in-store' from the available options, you will be asked to state when the flowers are required, please let us know an approximate time you will be coming in. Upon collection, please wait in the marked out gold area before a member of staff will be able to assist you. Click and collect is currently available from our shop on the follow timescales.
Tuesday & Thursday 1-4pm
Wednesday & Friday 10-2pm.
Please note we have a specific timescale to accommodate in-store collection and orders placed outside of these times may be unavailable for the date you require. Orders must be placed by 2pm the previous day for collection.
WILD ABOUT FLOWERS operates under a strict confidentiality policy and at no point will your personal details be shared without your given consent.
PAYMENT for online orders you can pay online. We can process payment over the phone or via Paypal. We accept all major credit and debit cards. No order will be fulfilled until payment has been processed in full. In-store we are currently only accepting card/contactless payments.
If you choose your mind and would like to cancel your order made with us, we require 3 days notice prior to your delivery date. Please inform us via telephone to make a cancellation request. Refunds cannot be made through our online store but will be processed through the payment gateway used to make payment. Cancellations made outside of this time are not guaranteed to be accommodated.
We do hope that you are completely happy with our service and products and that they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the extremely unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately with supporting photographs which demonstrate any issues, within 24 hours of receipt.
Due to the organic nature of our business and products, we regret that any complaints received outside of the 24 hour period are unable to be dealt with.

Through communications you may be given the option to sign up to our newsletter. We will never add you to this list without your explicit consent. The purpose of any correspondence will be to keep you updated with our news, let you know about new products that we think you might like to see or to give you a special offer as one of our loyal customers. You are easily able to unsubscribe at any time. We use a third party provider, MailChimp to deliver these emails. We may include carefully selected offers from third parties and partners we work closely with.
