For the first of our winter sessions in 2020 we are so pleased to be welcoming Rebecca Spittles and Amanda Davis-Harrison to introduce how our well-being and being aware of our mindfulness can be a part of your daily, weekly or monthly routine in many different ways.
A master in her field, Rebecca will share with you the techniques she uses when working from her home in Bristol; giving an insight into the world of wellbeing and offering digestible techniques to improve your mindfulness. Although a specialist in divorce coaching, Rebecca is a fresh perspective relationship coach and also offers Reiki Meditation, Life coaching and 1:1 support sessions, using Journaling techniques, relaxation routines and talking and learning coping strategies to support and guide you to where you want to be.
Amanda will be introducing products from renowned Neals Yard Remedies that can help with your wellbeing, as well as tips and techniques for self care, re charging and re balancing. Their collection of effective, easy-to-use natural and organic herbal remedies might just be the perfect boost you need.
