Click and collect is available from our high street shop on the following days and times: 

• Tuesday-Friday between 10:00am - 2:00pm
• Last collection day for Christmas is Thursday 23rd December 
• Please let us know when placing your order which date you will be coming in to collect and an approximate time. 
• Orders must be placed by 12noon the previous day. Orders placed outside of this time are unable to be fulfilled. Please ensure you have read our Terms & Conditions before place an order. We recommend calling the shop if you have specific flower and order requirements to discuss.

• We are operating a local (Bristol & Bath)  delivery service on a Wednesday & Friday. We are unable to accomdate delivery requests outside of our desginated delivery days. 
• A telephone number for the recipient is required for delivery. 
• Our last local delivery date for Christmas will be Wednesday 22nd December 
• Orders must be placed by 12noon the previous day. We are unable to accomodate delivery requests placed outside of thie timescale. E.g. if you would like a Wednesday delivery this must be placed by 12 noon Tuesday. Orders placed after 12noon will be delivered on our next available delivery day (Friday). 
• Please ensure you have read our Terms & Conditions before place an order. We recommend calling the shop if you have specific flower and order requirements to discuss. A delivery charge is included in your total order value.
