What's on in our wild world

As creatives, we take inspiration from all over and we enjoy keeping our fingers on the pulse for everything in the world of arts, culture, food, music and travel. We like to share our wild world with those who have similar passions as us, or for those who just want to know a little more about our wild world.

Here in our journal space, we share some of the things we love, the experiences we remember and everything you need to feel inspired by our wild world. From reading about why Peonies are one of our favourite flowers, to hearing about a recent day out at a new local hotel, enjoy our stories here.

Our COVID-19 update

We wanted to give you an update into our floral world whilst the outside world isn't quite as bright as our beautiful blooms.  We are a small independent business, and we are a family-run business. We are being faced with an incredibly challenging yet still so uncertain time ahead of us.  We have not yet been advised to close our doors and as it stands, our purple front door is still open for business. We're making it as safe as possible for you to still shop with us and doing all what we can to provide alternatives for those who can't.

Support local, shop small

  • You can shop with us online and over the phone

  • We are cashless and have lifted our minimum card payment spend

  • We can deliver purchases from our shop within our local regions

  • We are cleaning all our surfaces regularly throughout the day and our worn floristry hands as much as possible

  • We are small team and our staff are taking all the regular precautions to stay safe and well. None of our staff have had any symptoms or

  • If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you don't visit our shop but we hope you recover soon

  • We have gift cards online which can be purchased and used at a later date, this could really help us in a time which is going to be incredibly challenging

Beautiful Flowers, Uniques Homewares and Gifts

We are working closely with our suppliers who are providing us with regular updates on flower stock and availability to ensure we can still provide you with the wild about flowers style service we love to offer. We've been working hard to ensure we can offer you a wider selection of gifts from your local florist at a time when you might not be able to shop further afield and are so pleased to welcome some new local and independent suppliers to our shop. In-store you will find a selection of handmade soaps, botanicals and organic chocolate.

  • If you are wanting to place a Mother's Day delivery, we urge you to do this sooner rather than later

  • We may need to make some substitutions but we promise your flowers will still be beautiful and we will communicate with you if there are any significant changes to your order

  • We have created a selection of gift boxes suitable to send for this upcoming Mother's Day or for any friends or family who may need some comfort during this time

  • You can purchase a gift-card online which can be used at a later date

Our delivery service

Our delivery service across Bath and Bristol is still in operation but we'll be taking some additional precautions to ensure your safety in addition to our own.

  • Our drivers will be wearing gloves and will not be asking customers to sign for their flowers.

  • It's important to have a telephone number for the recipient so we can call on arrival to let them know

  • We'll be following guidelines to remain a 2m distance before leaving the flowers in a safe place

  • We can leave flowers in a safe place if instructed to do so,  we will simply leave a calling card through their door or call them to let them know we have been and where their flowers have been left.

  • We won't be knocking on any neighbours doors so we do ask that you provide us with a telephone number for the recipient if we need to re-arrange a delivery at a suitable time.

  • We've teamed up with local health & food shop Conscience Foods to deliver any of their items to customers who are unable to collect.

Our upcoming workshops

We were so excited to recently announce our Spring series of new workshops to be hosted here in our floral home. If you are interested in attending, we urge you to still book your place and support us during what is going to be an extremely difficult time. If needed, our new workshops will be given new dates which we hope you will still be able to make.

Stay wild with us

Social media and the internet can be an unnerving space to be spending your time at the moment. We promise to carry on sharing photos of our wonderful flowers to brighten up your news feeds, we'll be staying positive and want you to stay wild with us!
