What's on in our wild world

As creatives, we take inspiration from all over and we enjoy keeping our fingers on the pulse for everything in the world of arts, culture, food, music and travel. We like to share our wild world with those who have similar passions as us, or for those who just want to know a little more about our wild world.

Here in our journal space, we share some of the things we love, the experiences we remember and everything you need to feel inspired by our wild world. From reading about why Peonies are one of our favourite flowers, to hearing about a recent day out at a new local hotel, enjoy our stories here.

Luxury Eco-conscious Gift Boxes

Updated: Sep 14, 2022

Our collection of Gift Boxes make the perfect present and we're so pleased to send our selection of gifts through the post for nationwide UK delivery.

Ivy Jean launched this new product range during the months of lockdown when our floral home had to close. We wanted people to still enjoy the beautiful products we stock in our shop and knew that occasions should still be celebrated, love should be shared and to spread a little joy whilst many were separated from their loved ones.

This online collection of Gift Boxes has been designed with other small businesses in mind. Picking out high quality products from independent makers and creating a range of gifts suitable for all occasions.

Items for each Gift Box are hand picked in our workshop, presented in sustainably sourced boxes and finished with home grown stems, petals and grasses from our gardens that we naturally dry ourselves.

The boxes feature luxury products from some of our favourite independent makers who each have a wonderful story of their own to share. Working with brands who share our own eco-conscious values; all of the items are handmade here in the U.K, some local and some a little further afield. All our makers use natural ingredients for their gifts and traditional, ethical methods are used with great care and attention to the final product.

Our Gift Boxes bring a little of our in store shopping experience to your home. Care, attention and knowledge all travel safely to you and we hope you will love the products, brands and stories we share.

The stories from the brands we work with:

Tom Lane was founded by Jayne Ireland and is named after the road which runs through the village in Lincolnshire where their family farm is located and the brand is ran from. A luxury lifestyle brand with a focus on designing high quality, timeless products. Their luxury alpaca socks feature within our Gift Boxes and are made here in Britain using traditional techniques.

COCO Chocolatier

When we first discovered COCO Chocolatier we were enticed by their eye-catching packaging and loved the products even more when we discovered the story behind the artwork.

"COCO is a canvas for artists and artisans alike: those who dare to innovate, inspire and challenge. This is where creativity and cocoa collide. There is no compromise on style or substance."

With a passion for art as strong as the chocolate itself, they view each of their products a miniature artworks, emerging independent artists are commissioned from all over the world to use their designs as the wrappers. We love to see their innovative designs and flavours and are so pleased to stock this luxury chocolate brand in our gift boxes.

Carde London x WILD ABOUT FLOWERS

We're so proud of this bespoke collaboration between us and luxury candle company Carde London. Carde London combines British elegance with sophistication to produce understated and timeless home fragrance products. We've worked closely with Louise over the summer to develop a range of our own bespoke scents using 100% natural soy wax flakes. Our carbon neutral Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soy beans. The essential oils used to blend the scent are all pure, ensuring the finest quality candle doesn't contain any synthetic materials.

With thanks to Paul at The Photo Heads for our wonderful imagery
